New Orleans Saints rookie running back Mark Ingram has been decent this season so far, but now he is limited with a heel injury and was held out of practice on Wednesday. While he may end up seeing the field on Sunday, it is unlikely the Saints will risk his health, considering their opponent is the St. Louis Rams.

It won't take a full effort for the Saints to beat the Rams, and even if Ingram is active, it is likely that Darren Sproles will split carries with Pierre Thomas in his place. New Orleans should have a big enough lead early that they can put things in cruise control after halftime, meaning Ingram isn't likely to see much action. Sit him and go with another option. Hillman is expected to take on a bigger role in his second season, and Fox indicated this offseason that Hillman is capable of being an every-down back. That's encouraging, but we don't expect Hillman to take on that kind of a workload this year -- at least when everyone is healthy. McGahee will likely get the most work, and Moreno could return as a reserve option.

But Hillman will be No. His best game as a rookie was his last game in the playoff loss against Baltimore. With McGahee out and Moreno going down with a knee injury, Hillman had 22 carries for 83 yards and three catches for 20 yards. Overall, he finished the season with 85 carries for yards and one touchdown and 10 catches for 62 yards. Pass protection was an issue for him, but the Broncos are excited about his potential. He is worth a mid- to late-round pick in the majority of leagues, and Hillman could develop into a quality Fantasy option as the year goes on.

He's someone to monitor from training camp on, and we hope he has a breakout campaign in You can also follow Jamey at JameyEisenberg and on Facebook. By Jamey Eisenberg. Mar 25, at am ET 4 min read.
