They expect employees to carry a huge workload while refusing to pay anywhere near comparable pay based off industry standards.

I worked my butt off did everything that was asked including coming in on my days off bc we were always understaffed. I did more than what was in my job description and still got paid the base pay.

Stine was a very productive place to work. I loved to work there. The days went by fast and everyone was friendly. The shifts were eight hours. Altogether Stine was a good experience for me. Work with a team to ensure proper work flow. I learned how to better communicate and supervise a work crew. I learned how to better operate a fork lift. I also learned what materials are regularly used for specific projects and how to perform what is necessary for logistics of set material. Hardest part of the job is the compensation for the work and hardly any advancement or notice of talent.
